We were married on Octal beach and purchased our home on impulse the day we left for our honeymoon in Lapa Rios CR.

A/C in every room and ceiling fans throughout with optional bi-weekly Maid Service @ $40.00 US once visit a week. Cable TV, DVD player and 29" TV. Small community with security, two swimming pools with Jacuzzi, workout room and BBQ grill with outside eating area. Three minute walk from the beach of Las Palmas, Playas Del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Downtown Coco is a six minute walk with plenty of great restaurants, shops, large modern grocery stores and a casino.

Average temperature is 85 degrees. Property manager will assist you during your stay with any questions you may have. The property manager can help you with activities you choose such as fishing, zip line and whitewater excursions. We now provide a new keyless entry system and have a digital safe for your valuables. New mini office work space with computer, printer and wireless internet.
